Plant Your Own Terrarium at the Library!

To celebrate Earth Day, the Library has planned a plant your own terrarium class. Shaina will be teaching you how to build and care for your own terrarium! You will also have the chance to decorate it with garden miniatures. This is a free class and all materials will be provided. We hope to see you there!

The Library is Seeking Donations!

Since the library has began offering free programing to all of the students, faulty, and staff, we could use your help in collecting items to be used for our craft class! For example, the "raggedy clothes" will be used for the Mushroom Garland DIY and the "glass jars" will be used for the Plant Your Own Terrarium" class. Donation boxes have been placed on the first and second floor of the library, and we will be accepting donations until April 13, 2024. Thank you so much for contributing and we hope to see you at one of our programs this year!

Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle This April With An Eco Friendly Craft

Earth Day is April 22, but it's wise to practice environmentally friendly habits all year 'round! Shaina, our new Academic Resource Specialist, made a mushroom garland, using old clothing, plastic bags, and some sticks, and she wants to share this cute craft with all of you! All the materials will be provided for this FREE craft and the best part is you get to take it home after the class. We hope to see you there!
